After I complete the setup process, how do I schedule Web Conferencing meetings?

Once you have completed the simple three-step registration process, go to Start a Meeting to log in and schedule your Web Conference.

Will I have audio conferencing ability?

Yes. As part of the Web Conferencing registration, you selected your Audio Conferencing dedicated dial-in number and passcode for the audio portion of your meeting. When you send invitation emails to your meeting participants, these numbers are automatically included.

Can I optimize my computer's performance for web conferencing?

Yes, there are several things you can do to improve the performance of your computer. You may find the list of performance tips by visiting the Online Help section or by clicking here.
