Setting Up Your Audio Conference

  1. Notify your participants (up to 48 people) of the chosen time for your conference. Provide your dial-in number and the participant passcode, if not previously given.
  2. Instruct your participants to call your dial-in number at the chosen time, and to enter the participant passcode.
  3. Dial your dial-in number. Enter your moderator passcode, and press #.
  4. During your call, refer to the back of your personalized Conferencing card for features that can enhance your conference call experience.
